  3. Thank you for taking a look at MTRXCALC application (the calculator interface to matrix algebra ).

  5. Last minute changes would be reported here but all the files are up to date.

  7. To set up the MTRXCALC application is easy once you have the correct file.  Look for a file with file name MTRX10.ZIP or MTCALC10.EXE.  Either file will suffice and the one you have depends on your source.

  9. Both contain the files that the application file MTRXCALC.EXE needs to execute properly.  The first (MTRX10.ZIP) requires a decompressor such as PKWare's PKUNZIP.EXE. The second is a self extracting file that decompresses itself.

  11. Step 1)  Create a new directory on your hard drive and copy MTCALC10.EXE or MTRX10.ZIP to this directory.

  13. Step 2)  Unzip MTRX10.ZIP or Run (execute) MTCALC10.EXE in this new directory.
  14.          This should expand into the following four files
  15.         MTRXCALC.EXE
  16.         MTRXCALC.HLP
  17.         NEW.MAT
  18.         EXMP1.MAT

  20. 3)  Run MTRXCALC.EXE and the application starts.

  22. 4)  Please see the help topic 'Getting Started' before you begin.

  24. PLEASE NOTE!  This is a 32-bit IMB PC-Compatible (Intel processor) program
  25. and requires WIN32s, Windows NT, or Windows 95.  To run this on Windows 3.1 or Windows For Workgroups 3.11 requires the freely distributed WIN32s files.  These files may already be on your system but if not they can be downloaded from the Microsoft Library or copied from any source handy.
